Event Photography - Small Scale

You're in luck! ERW Photography specializes in Event Photography! From baby showers to birthday parties or even church events, we've got you covered! We'll capture those precious moments and timeless candids just for you. Price varies by the hour. Event Photography is $150/hr with a 2-hr minimum. To Book: Select your date and follow the prompts until you reach the confirmation page. Once I receive your request, I will send an invoice for your deposit ($150.00) which must be paid within 48 hours. Once paid, you will receive another confirmation. At this point, your date has been secured. The remaining portion of your payment (based on the number of hours selected) will be due on the scheduled day of shooting. Also, by allowing ERW Photography to take your photos, you agree that your photos may be used on this website or social media platforms for promotional purposes. Please DO NOT book using this option for any event that will utilize photos taken for marketing purposes such as websites or printed material in the future. Please use the corporate booking link for corporate parties, concerts, conferences, or any business related expense.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that things come up, however, communication is key. All cancellations and reschedules must be made 48 hours PRIOR to the date of your scheduled shoot/event. Should you cancel within the 48-hour window, you will be charged a 50.00 fee. This means $50.00 will be deducted from your deposit. Should you need to reschedule, the deposit will be applied to your rescheduled date.
